Cascade is a special song because it features my good friend Juho Piikki on the saxophone. I could never have played a better solo on any instrument.

The first minute and a half were composed in 2012 and the rest in late 2014. The instruments were recorded and mixed just a couple of weeks before the release date but I’m content with the result.

There are some ex tempore bass lines I really enjoy listening to now. At the moment I had no time to think about what I’m doing but it all ended up just fine!
